Q: What payment methods does NACPC accept?

We offer several convenient options for remitting payment. Please see detailed instructions for each method below:

Q: How can I pay my invoice(s) online?

Our online portal offers a convenient way to pay invoices using a credit card. 

  • Pay online here. 
  • You will need your invoice number you wish to pay. 
  • To pay multiple invoices at the same time, please list all invoice numbers separated by a comma.

Q: How do I pay by credit card over the phone?

Please contact our accounts receivable department to pay by credit card.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT
  • Please Note: 
    • A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. 
    • There is no fee for using a debit card.
    • NACPC does not store credit or debit card information, therefore, this information will need to be provided every time a payment is made. 
    • Receipts are emailed after payment.

Q: How do I pay by check?

To send a check by mail:

  • Please make your check payable to North American Chassis Pool Cooperative LLC and mail it to the address below. 
  • To ensure prompt processing, please include your invoice number(s) on the memo line of your check.

Q: Can I pay multiple invoices in one transaction?

Yes. You can pay multiple invoices at once using our online portal.

  • Online: In the invoice field, please list all invoice numbers separated by a comma.
  • By Phone: Our team can process single payments via credit card and apply the payment across multiple specified invoices.
  • Bank transfers or check: Please list all invoice numbers in the memo/reference field.

Q: How can I send a bank transfer or ACH payment?

To pay via bank transfer or ACH, please contact us to request our current banking details. For your security, we provide this information directly.

Q: I have a question about my invoice. Who should I contact?

Q: How can I dispute charges on my invoice?

For Pool of Choice and Premium Pool disputes, please complete the dispute spreadsheet that accompanied your invoice for the line items you wish to dispute.
