Over The Road Repairs

To report Pool issues and Over the Road repairs on managed fleet and premium chassis, please email otrrepairs@nacpc.org with the following information:

• Chassis number
• Company name and SCAC
• Driver name, if applicable
• Call back number
• Location of breakdown, including highway, direction and closest exit. Coordinates preferred.
• Location contact information, if applicable
• Description of issue
• Photos

Any repairs or maintenance required on the tractor or truck during an Over the Road (OTR) Request shall be the sole responsibility of the Motor Carrier (MC). NACPC shall bear no responsibility or liability for any such tractor or truck repairs. If a repair, service delay or related expense is determined to have been caused by the tractor or truck, the MC shall be fully responsible for all associated costs, and NACPC reserves the right to bill the MC accordingly.
